Interest Only Mortgage

With an interest only mortgage you are only repaying the interest on the loan. The capital remains unpaid until the end of the mortgage at which time the lender will be requesting the amount borrowed.

Typically, interest only mortgages run alongside an investment vehicle although this is not compulsory with all lenders. At Hurleys we work closely with advisers that can arrange getting a repayment vehicle in place should you so wish.

At Hurleys we have access to the whole of the market and will advise you if this is the most suitable product for you, which lender to choose and the most efficient way to proceed.
